I wanted to paint that scene for a long time ^^ It was a good opportunity to experiment with various things (for instance, lighting and depth), but if anyone has critiques or ideas that could improve my work, I'm all ears!
Now you may wonder: why does she have these strange, whirly scars on her face? Well, it's totally made on purpose, and was planned from the beginning. Spirals look like ropes, you know, Ropes... her... so it makes sense.
